Ms. Close began teaching in earnest on her return from singing in Europe in 2000. First as Associate Professor of Voice at the Greatbatch School of Music at Houghton College, Houghton, New York, then as Professor of Voice at Florida State University, College of Music, Tallahassee, Florida. She is currently on the Voice Faculty of the Manhattan School of Music and maintains a Private Voice Studio in New York City for professional singers.
